1. General Stance

Haders AI operates on a no-refund basis for all subscription charges except in the narrow circumstances listed in Section 3. This policy exists because access to the platform is provided immediately upon payment — the service is rendered at the moment your subscription activates. By subscribing to any paid tier, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy and understand that most charges are final.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Pro+, Max, and Max 20x) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelling before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. We do not issue reminders before renewal charges — it is your responsibility to track your billing cycle. Renewal dates are visible at all times in Settings → Billing.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds are only issued in the following situations. All other requests are declined without exception.

  • Verified billing error.A duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge made against a cancelled subscription confirmed in our billing records. Eligible for full refund of the erroneous amount. Must be reported within 14 days of the charge.
  • Verified extended outage.A Haders-side outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours within a single billing period, confirmed by our status page (status.haders.site). Eligible for a prorated credit only — not a cash refund — applied to the next billing period.
  • Fraudulent charge.A charge made to your payment method without your knowledge or consent. Must be reported within 14 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the charge and secure your account. Filing a chargeback before contacting us waives eligibility for this remedy.

4. Non-Refundable — No Exceptions

The following situations are explicitly non-refundable. Submitting a request for these reasons will be declined.

  • Change of mind.Deciding you no longer want the service after subscribing is not grounds for a refund.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.Forgetting to cancel before a billing cycle renews is not a billing error. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
  • Unused subscription time.Not using the platform during a billing period does not entitle you to a refund. Access was available to you regardless of whether you used it.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses.The nature of AI output is inherently variable. Disagreement with responses, perceived quality issues, or model behaviour changes are not refundable circumstances.
  • Partial months.We do not prorate or refund for time remaining in a cancelled billing period. Access continues until the period ends.
  • Tier downgrades.Switching from a higher to a lower tier mid-cycle does not generate a credit or refund for the difference.
  • Third-party issues.Degraded performance caused by your ISP, browser, device, or other infrastructure outside our control is not refundable.

5. One Refund Per Account, Lifetime

If we issue a discretionary refund for any reason outside Section 3, it is a one-time exception and does not set a precedent. Each account is eligible for a maximum of one billing-related refund over its lifetime. Accounts identified as repeatedly requesting refunds across multiple accounts or under different identities will be permanently banned and all outstanding refund requests forfeited.

6. Abuse and Fraud

  • Refund abuse.Attempting to obtain refunds by misrepresenting circumstances, fabricating outages, or exploiting the billing error clause will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any subscription time remaining.
  • Chargeback abuse.Filing a credit card chargeback for a charge that is not a genuine billing error constitutes fraud. Doing so results in immediate permanent account termination, a ban from creating future Haders accounts, and potential referral to our payment processor's dispute team.
  • Identity cycling.Creating new accounts to circumvent a refund denial or ban is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not delete your account or conversation history. You may resubscribe at any time.

8. Policy Violation Terminations

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including for unused subscription time in the current billing period. This applies regardless of how recently the subscription was charged.

9. How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 3, contact us at: Email: billing@haders.site Include in your message: • The email address on your Haders account • The charge date and amount • A clear description of why you believe a refund is warranted under Section 3 We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Requests that do not clearly qualify under Section 3 will be declined. We do not negotiate on this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
