Haders AI operates on a no-refund basis for all subscription charges except in the narrow circumstances listed in Section 3. This policy exists because access to the platform is provided immediately upon payment — the service is rendered at the moment your subscription activates. By subscribing to any paid tier, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy and understand that most charges are final.
Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Pro+, Max, and Max 20x) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelling before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. We do not issue reminders before renewal charges — it is your responsibility to track your billing cycle. Renewal dates are visible at all times in Settings → Billing.
Refunds are only issued in the following situations. All other requests are declined without exception.
The following situations are explicitly non-refundable. Submitting a request for these reasons will be declined.
If we issue a discretionary refund for any reason outside Section 3, it is a one-time exception and does not set a precedent. Each account is eligible for a maximum of one billing-related refund over its lifetime. Accounts identified as repeatedly requesting refunds across multiple accounts or under different identities will be permanently banned and all outstanding refund requests forfeited.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not delete your account or conversation history. You may resubscribe at any time.
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including for unused subscription time in the current billing period. This applies regardless of how recently the subscription was charged.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Requests that do not clearly qualify under Section 3 will be declined. We do not negotiate on this policy.
We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
