Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Haders AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haders AI. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Haders. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Haders is intended for professional and research use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

• Registration.You must provide a valid email address and verify it via OTP before accessing the platform.
• Security.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@haders.site if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Accuracy.You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• One account per user.Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, bans, or tier restrictions is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

Haders is designed for security research, penetration testing, threat intelligence, software development, and professional analysis. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose consistent with this intent. You must not use the Service to cause harm to real individuals, infrastructure, or systems without explicit authorisation from the owner of those systems.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• CSAM.Any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors.
• Bioweapons.Requesting synthesis routes, enhancement techniques, or deployment strategies for biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
• Targeted violence.Planning or soliciting violence against specific named individuals.
• Malware deployment.Creating malware intended for deployment against non-consenting systems.
• Unauthorised access.Using Haders to compromise systems, networks, or accounts you do not have permission to test.
• Circumvention.Attempting to bypass platform safety systems, rate limits, or access controls.
• Impersonation.Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation to obtain elevated access or responses.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Pro+, Max, and Max 20x) are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Haders platform — including its design, source code, trademarks, and branding — is owned by Haders AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant Haders a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your inputs and outputs solely as required to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Haders AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HADERS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
