Cookie Policy

What we store on your device and why — kept to the bare minimum.

Last updated: May 16, 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login state — to provide a consistent experience. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism that stores data on your device without an expiry date unless explicitly cleared. Haders uses local storage for one specific purpose described below.

2. Cookies We Use

Haders uses a minimal number of cookies — strictly limited to what is necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

3. Cookie Details

NameTypeDurationPurpose
haders-sessionAuthentication30 daysMaintains your login session. httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Scoped to .haders.site.
haders-trusted-deviceSecurity30 daysStored in localStorage (not a cookie). Prevents repeated OTP prompts on devices you have explicitly trusted.

4. What We Do Not Use

  • Analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any third-party analytics service that tracks you across sessions or sites.
  • Advertising cookies. We do not serve ads. No advertising network cookies are set.
  • Social media cookies. There are no social media tracking pixels or share buttons that set third-party cookies.
  • Fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting or canvas fingerprinting as tracking mechanisms.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Cloudflare, our security and CDN provider, may set its own cookies as part of DDoS protection and bot management. These are technical security cookies and are subject to Cloudflare's Cookie Policy. Stripe, our payment processor, sets cookies on the payment.haders.site subdomain during the checkout flow. These are limited to the payment session and governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.

6. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings: • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions Note: Blocking or deleting the haders-session cookie will log you out of the platform. Blocking essential cookies may prevent Haders from functioning correctly. You can clear the trusted-device token from the platform via Settings → Security → Manage Trusted Devices.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we add new features that require additional cookies. We will notify you of any material changes via email and a platform notice.
